How to use
As a laxative (oral use):
Adults: 10–30ml (2–6 teaspoons) once daily at bedtime.
Children (over 3 years): 5–20ml (1–4 teaspoons) once daily.
(Best taken on an empty stomach; may take up to 1–2 days to take effect.)
As a skin emollient (external use):
Apply a small amount to the affected area.
Massage gently until absorbed to relieve dryness and irritation.
