How to use
As a laxative:
Adults: 10–30ml (2–6 teaspoons) daily at bedtime.
Children (over 3 years): 5–20ml (1–4 teaspoons) daily.

As a skin emollient:
Apply a small amount directly to dry or affected areas.
Massage gently until absorbed.
