How to use
Step 1: Prep + Dispense
After cleansing, apply toner to a cotton ball twice daily.
Step 2: Apply + Complete
Gently smooth over face, neck, and chest.
Use in the morning with a vitamin C serum + sunscreen
Use in the evening with a moisturizer or corrective serum
