Adults: Take 10ml (2 teaspoonfuls) every 2 to 3 hours as required. Take up to 4 times daily. Children over two years: Take 5mL (1 teaspoonful) up to 4 times daily
One 10ml dose contains: Honey (Manuka) 1.3g, Propolis extract 52mg(equivalent to fresh Propolis 23.1mg). Also contains: Honey (Multiflora), Apple (Malus spp) Cider Vinegar, Water, Citric acid, Propylene Glycol, Carrageenan, Peppermint(Mentha x piperita) Oil, Eucalyptus(Eucalyptus globulus) Oil, Clove (Syzygium aromaticum) Leaf Oil, Lemon flavour, Xanthan Gum, Fenne l(Foeniculum vulgare) Oil. Contains fructose, glucose and sucrose from honey.
