How to use

Remove The Cap From The Tip Of The Enema Nozzle Lie On The Floor On Your Left Side With Knee Bent And Arms Resting Comfortably With Steady Pressure, Gently Insert Enema Tip Into Rectum With A Slight Side-To-Side Movement, With Tip Pointing Toward Navel. Insertion May Be Easier If Person Receiving Enema Bears Down, As If Having A Bowel Movement. This Helps Relax The Muscles Around The Anus After Insertion, Start Squeezing The Enema Container To Push The Liquid Into The Rectum. It Is Not Necessary To Empty All Of The Contents As It Contains More Liquid Than Needed Slowly Withdraw The Nozzle And Maintain Position Until Urge To Evacuate Is Strong (Usually 2 To 5 Minutes)

Keep Out Of Reach Of Children. In Case Of Overdose Or Accidental Ingestion, Get Medical Help Right Away. Do Not Use In Patients With Congenital Megacolon, Bowel Obstruction, Imperforate Anus Or Congestive Heart Failure.
