Each tablet contains 5 mg of folic acid

Suitable for adults and children over 12 years, including those with malabsorption or after certain medications

How to use
Take 1 tablet once daily, preferably with water
Can be administered with or without food
Use as directed for the duration prescribed, especially during prenatal care
If a dose is missed, take it immediately unless the next dose is near; do not double dose
