Delivery Time

We’re available 24/7, every day of the week. 800-PHARMACY provides instant or scheduled delivery across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Sharjah, and Ras Al Khaimah within 30 to 90 minutes. For Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain, and other borderline areas, delivery times range from 60 minutes to 24 hours.

There is no minimum order value is required. A delivery fee of AED 7.50 applies to all orders within the UAE.

Refunds and Exchanges

As per UAE Rules and Regulations, we are unable to exchange any Medicine Items. Other Items can be exchanged within 24 Hours provided they are in their original condition with the seal still intact.

We do not offer refunds. Instead your account will receive the value amount in Credits for future purchases for 12 months.
