How to use
Cut approximately 30 cm of floss.
Wrap the ends around your index fingers.
Gently guide the floss between your teeth using a back-and-forth motion.
Curve the floss around the base of each tooth and slide it up and down.
Repeat for all teeth and discard the used floss.
