How to use
Clean and thoroughly dry the skin area around the blister (free of creams, oils).
Remove the backing from the plaster, avoiding touching the adhesive surface.
Select a plaster size that covers the blister plus a small margin of healthy skin.
Apply firmly, smoothing out the edges to ensure full contact and seal.
Leave the plaster in place — it will stay adhered for several days as long as friction is minimal.
When removing, stretch the plaster gently along the skin rather than pulling upward abruptly to minimise discomfort.
