How to use
Clean and dry the skin area around the blister — ensure it’s free of creams/oils.
Remove one plaster from the pack and avoid touching the adhesive side.
Choose a size that will completely cover the blister plus a margin of healthy skin.
Apply firmly, smoothing down edges to ensure adhesion and seal from friction.
Leave in place until it begins to detach naturally (some may stay on several days).
When removing, stretch gently along the skin rather than pulling directly upwards to minimise discomfort.
