How to use
After brushing your teeth as usual, apply the toothpaste.
For instant relief, you can apply a small amount directly onto the sensitive tooth with your fingertip, gently massaging for 1 minute.
Then brush all teeth thoroughly for 2 minutes with your toothpaste, twice daily.
Continue use regularly to build and maintain the protective barrier.
