How to use
Place the scale on a hard, flat surface.
Step onto the scale barefoot to allow the sensors to measure accurately.
Wait until your body data appears on the display.
Step off when finished — the scale will automatically shut off.
For consistent results, measure under the same conditions daily (time of day, hydration, etc.).
