How to use
Place the injured area in a relaxed position.
Start wrapping from the farthest point toward the body.
Overlap each layer by half the bandage width.
Adjust the tension to provide support without cutting circulation.
Secure with the included clip or fastener.
Remove during sleep unless advised otherwise.
