How to use
Children 6 years and older: Take 1 softgel, 1 to 4 times daily with food or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Adults (if used): May take 4 softgels, 1 to 3 times daily with food, if recommended.
Ingredients
Fish Oil Concentrate (from anchovy, sardine, and/or mackerel) – 250 mg
Total Omega‑3 Fatty Acids – 150 mg, including:
EPA (Eicosapentaenoic acid) – 100 mg
DHA (Docosahexaenoic acid) – 50 mg
Other Ingredients:
Gelatin, glycerin, purified water, natural orange flavor, vitamin E (d-alpha tocopherol)
