How to use
1- Remove pad from its individual wrap.
2- Peel off the backing from adhesive strips.
3- Place pad inside bra, ensuring it covers the nipple area.
4- Replace with a fresh pad when it feels damp or after feeding.
5- Dispose of used pad in a bin (do not flush).
