How to use
1- Wash hands thoroughly before handling.
2- Open the bag without touching the inside.
3- Pour in freshly expressed breast milk.
4- Seal using the double zipper to prevent leaks.
5- Label with date and time.
6- Store in the fridge or freezer (upright preferred).
7- Thaw in refrigerator or warm water when ready to use.
