How to use
Shake the bottle well before use.
Place 1 tablespoon (approx. 10 ml) in your mouth.
Swish gently for 5–10 minutes (beginners can start with 2–5 minutes).
Spit out the oil (do not swallow).
Rinse your mouth with water and brush your teeth as usual.
