How to use
Shake the bottle well before use.
Place 1 tablespoon (approx. 10 ml) in your mouth.
Swish gently for 5–10 minutes (beginners can start with 2–5 minutes).
Spit out the oil (do not swallow).
Rinse mouth with water and brush teeth as usual.
