How to use
Steaming: Add 1-2 drops to bowl of steaming water, cover head with towel, steam for 2-5 mins.
Inhalation: Cup the bottle opening with hands and breathe in deeply 5-10 times.
Massage/Bath: Add 6 drops to 10ml of carrier oil, massage into the skin or add to bath water.

Avoid during pregnancy. Avoid eye contact. Keep away from the children. Do not take internally. Do not apply undiluted to the skin. Do not use in the intravenous or inter muscular injections.
