Overview
System comfort and durability: The tape is ready a few minutes after the installation and is no more than disturbing. Activities are underpinned by the tape not limited. You can use the bandage when showering, bathing, swimming, or playing sport. Even sweating under the tape is possible as the skin breathes through the material.
The tape should be applied for approx. 1 week, with the main effect of the kinesiology tape being expected in the first 3-5 days after installation. The effect of the kinesiology tapes is not scientifically proven, our statements are based on our years of experience.
