How to use
Brush thoroughly twice a day (morning and evening).
Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to a soft-bristled toothbrush.
Brush gently for 2 minutes, ensuring coverage of sensitive areas.
Rinse well and avoid eating or drinking for 30 minutes after brushing for maximum effect.
