How to use
Full bath: Add 200 g to 80–100 L warm water; soak for 20 minutes
Foot bath: Use 40–50 g dissolved in 4 L warm water; soak for 20 minutes
With magnesium flakes: Use 100 g (bath) or 20 g (foot soak) when combining with Zechsal magnesium crystals
Oral use (optional): Dissolve 1.5 g (approx. ½ tsp) in water, twice daily before meals
