How to use
Rinse your mouth with approximately 20 ml of the mouthwash after brushing your teeth.
Swish thoroughly for 30–60 seconds to allow full contact with gums and teeth.
Spit out after use — do not swallow.
Avoid eating or drinking for at least 30 minutes after rinsing for best results.
Use once or twice daily, or as recommended by your dentist.
