How to use
Soak feet in warm water and gently soften the skin; pat dry.
Clean and dry the skin area where the callus is located — ensure no creams/oils remain.
Remove the plaster from its packaging, being careful not to touch the adhesive side.
Choose a size that covers the callus plus a margin of healthy skin, then apply firmly smoothing the edges.
Leave the plaster on until it begins to lift naturally, which may be several days.
