How to use
Brush teeth thoroughly twice daily (morning and evening).
Apply a pea-sized amount of gel to your toothbrush.
Brush all tooth surfaces for 2 minutes, then rinse well.

Sodium Bicarbonate (Baking Soda), Aqua, Sorbitol, Hydrated Silica, PEG-8, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Aroma (Mint), Cellulose Gum, Sodium Saccharin, Sodium Fluoride (fluoride protection), CI 42090 (colorant), and Limonene.
Contains 1450 ppm fluoride ion.
