How to use
Brush thoroughly at least twice a day (morning and night).
Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to your toothbrush.
Brush all tooth surfaces for 2 minutes, then rinse well.
For optimal whitening results, use daily.

Sodium Bicarbonate (Baking Soda), Aqua, Sorbitol, Hydrated Silica, PEG-8, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Aroma (Mint), Cellulose Gum, Sodium Saccharin, Sodium Fluoride (provides fluoride protection), and Limonene.
Contains 1450 ppm fluoride ion.
