How to use
Sit comfortably and rest your arm on a table at heart level.
Place the cuff on your upper arm (about 2–3 cm above the elbow).
Press the Start/Stop button to begin the automatic measurement.
Wait for the monitor to display your systolic, diastolic, and pulse rate.
Record or save the reading in memory.
Turn off the device or let it shut off automatically.
