How to use

Children (4–6 years): 1.25ml (provides approx. 184mg EPA and 115mg DHA) Children (7–12 years): 2.5ml (provides approx. 368mg EPA and 230mg DHA) Adolescents (Over 12 years) and Adults: 5ml (provides approx. 736mg EPA and 460mg DHA)
