Put The Granules On Your Tongue From The Sachet. Just Take A Few At A Time If That Is Easier. Alternatively You Can Sprinkle Normacol On Soft Food Such As Yoghurt. Swallow Them Down With Plenty Of Water Or Cool Drink. Do Not Chew Or Crush The Granules. Adults: 1-2 Sachets. Take This Once Or Twice A Day After Meals.
