Fludrex Syrup Contains Chlorpheneramine Maleate, Paracetamol And Pseudoephedrine Hcl As Active Ingredients. Fludrex Syrup Works By Increasing The Pain Threshold And Increases The Blood Flow Across The Skin, Heat Loss And Sweating; Blocking The Action Of Histamine; Stimulating The Alpha-Adrenergic Receptors.
