Why do I need to Sign up/ create an account?
How do I reset my password?
You need to create an account in order to enjoy full access to the features and earn reward points on every single order you place and help us create an immersive shopping and customer experience for you.
If you are logged into your account and wish to change your password, you can simply go to your My Profile section and click on Personal Details to change/ update your password.
In case you forgot your password and wish to reset it, you can click on Forgot Password button on your log in screen and type your email address registered with us. You will receive a reset password link in your email and you will be prompted to create a new password.

Once your order is successfully submitted, our team then processes your order and dispatch it. Once the order is on its way, you will receive an SMS containing your tracking information link. Please note that the standard delivery time estimates and may vary depending on circumstances like Insurance approval, distance and any other external factors outside of 800 Pharmacy’s, control.
Our average delivery time frame for over the counter items is 45 minutes. It might go up to 90-120 minutes for Insurance orders depending on the approvals we receive from the Insurance companies.
You will be able to see all the saved addresses on your account on the checkout page while placing an order. However, if you wish to change the delivery address after you have placed an order, and if the order has already been dispatched, you will need to contact our Contact Center Support on 80074276229 and we will do our best to assist you in this matter.
Once the order is on its way, you will receive an SMS containing your live tracking link for your order.
There is no minimum order to shop on 800 Pharmacy.

The Returns / Exchange will be accepted within 48 hours of online purchase. Products must be returned in the original condition along with the price tags and labels. However, it also depends on the type of product you purchased. If the requests or product doesn’t meet the criteria for refund such request will be not eligible for a refund.
You will be able to select different time slots on the checkout page to choose depending on your preference.
In the event you wish to cancel your order, you will only be able to cancel it before it is in Ready for Dispatch status on the App. You can access it by clicking on My Orders section, which will display all the active orders for your account.
Once the order is in Ready for Dispatch status, you can edit your order by getting into My Profile section. After the order has been dispatched, you will need to contact our Contact Center Support on 80074276229.

We accept all types of payment method including Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Cash and Debit and Credit Cards.
Your transaction and payment details are directly handled by Network International, our payment service provider, with secure encryption, and under strict banking standards. Your credit card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by any parties other than your bank including 800 Pharmacy.
