Clear terms for a trusted service.

These terms explain how the 800 Pharmacy website, accounts, orders, pharmacy services, payments and delivery work.

1. Introduction

These terms identify 800 Pharmacy LLC, a limited liability company with Trade License No. 1114, as the company operating the website and mobile application used to deliver health products. Customers are registered account holders, while Users include customers and all visitors to the platforms.

By accessing the website or app, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. 800 Pharmacy does not prescribe medication or provide medical advice or consultations; it supplies over-the-counter healthcare products and products prescribed by a licensed medical professional.

Platform content is for information only and is not a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. In a crisis or life-threatening situation, users are told to contact local emergency services and not use the platforms for medical advice or emergency aid.

2. Acceptable use

Customers create an account and are responsible for keeping login details secure, changing compromised credentials, and not transferring or sublicensing the account. Information supplied through the platforms must be accurate and authentic.

Users must not damage or impair the platforms, use them illegally or fraudulently, distribute harmful software, publish unlawful or infringing material, evade technical protections, scrape content, send spam, impersonate others, collect personal information, disrupt systems, violate another user’s privacy, or use the platforms outside these terms.

The company may record or pre-screen public submissions, investigate use, remove non-compliant content, terminate access, and edit platform content.

4. Authorization and acknowledgement

Users consent to electronic communications by email or notices posted on the platforms and must maintain an active email address. They may opt out of optional communications, but not communications required to administer an account, comply with law, or protect the company’s rights.

The terms allow personal information to be shared with affiliates, partners, licensed third parties, and service providers supporting account services, hosting, software development, and information processing. Aggregated usage or tracking information may also be provided to third parties.

5. Terms of payment

Accepted payment methods are cash on delivery (COD), Visa, Mastercard, and Apple Pay. Prices are in UAE dirhams and include applicable taxes; card issuers may apply exchange rates or additional transaction fees. Card details are submitted directly to the payment provider through a secure connection.

Healthcare products not purchased for preventing or treating illness are described as subject to VAT under UAE law. Refunds are stated to be at the company’s discretion and requested through info@800pharmacy.ae. Users must keep billing information correct and current.

800 Pharmacy does not endorse third-party websites, advertisements, products, services, or treatments. You access linked third-party websites at your own risk.

6. Warranty

800 Pharmacy does not guarantee that all website or app information is complete or accurate, or that the services will always remain accessible and available. 800 Pharmacy may change or discontinue all or part of the services and excludes other representations and warranties except those expressly stated in these Terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, 800 Pharmacy limits liability for losses connected with the use, misuse, reliance on, or inability to use the website, app, or content. Do not use these services for medical emergencies, controlled drugs, or urgent health matters.

Users are required to provide true, accurate, current, and complete health and medical-history information. The terms state that use of the platforms alone does not create a licensed pharmacist-customer relationship and that users rely on platform information by their own choice.

8. Restriction of access

The company may ban, disqualify, or restrict a user who violates the terms or applicable online-conduct laws or regulations. The length of a ban depends on the seriousness of the violation and is communicated by email. A banned user must not create a replacement account.

9. Termination and modification

You may request account closure by emailing info@800pharmacy.ae. The account will be deleted or suspended within five working days. 800 Pharmacy may discontinue services or remove an account because of a breach of these Terms, a government request, service changes, technical or security issues, inactivity, fraud, or illegal activity.

10. Privacy policy

The service requires certain user information and processes it when there is a lawful basis. Please read the Privacy Policy for details about the information collected, how it is used, and the choices available. Data is collected, stored, processed, and protected in accordance with applicable UAE laws and data-protection requirements.

11. Disclaimer

The website, app, and content are provided “as is” without express or implied warranties. 800 Pharmacy does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free availability, or the accuracy, timeliness, completeness, or reliability of content.

Information supplied through the platforms does not create a warranty not expressly stated. Reliance on content is at the user’s risk, and the company does not provide medical or professional advice or endorse specific products, users, therapies, tests, professionals, or opinions.

12. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold 800 Pharmacy and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers harmless from claims, liabilities, settlements, and reasonable legal or accounting fees arising from use of the services or content, or a violation of these Terms.

13. Notice and takedown procedures and copyright agent

A copyright-removal request should identify the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material and its location, the requester’s contact details, a good-faith statement, a statement that the supplied information is accurate and that the requester is the owner or authorized representative, and a signature or electronic equivalent.

The company may terminate the account of a user determined to be a repeat infringer.

14. Severability

If a court or competent authority finds a provision invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, only that part is severed and the remaining terms continue to the fullest extent permitted by law.

15. Waiver

Failure to require strict performance or exercise a right or remedy is not a waiver and does not release a user from the relevant obligation. Waiving one default does not waive a later default.

16. Third-party rights

The contract is between users and 800 Pharmacy. No other party may enforce it unless the terms expressly say so or the company authorizes it in writing.

17. Communication

Written notices under these Terms may be sent to info@800pharmacy.ae. Receipt will be confirmed by email.

18. Force majeure

The company is not responsible for failure or delay caused by events outside its reasonable control, including natural events, internet or technology failures, fire, flood, severe weather, war, civil disturbance, terrorism, industrial disputes, epidemics, pandemics, lockdowns, outbreaks, or government action.

In a force-majeure event, 800 Pharmacy may postpone or cancel an order, or provide a refund, at its discretion and in accordance with applicable law.

19. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). The parties agree that the DIFC Courts have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes or claims arising from these Terms, including non-contractual disputes or claims.
