How to use
Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to the brush.
Brush at least twice a day for two minutes, ensuring you clean the front, back, and chewing surfaces of the teeth.
Use the tongue and cheek cleaner side to gently brush the tongue and inner cheeks after teeth brushing for fuller freshness.
Rinse thoroughly after brushing, and store upright in an open area to air dry.
Replace your toothbrush every 3 months or sooner if the bristles become frayed.
