How to use
Fill the water reservoir with hot (not boiling) water up to the indicated level.
(Optional) Insert a Vicks VapoPad for soothing vapors.
Place the mask over your nose and mouth.
Inhale the warm steam deeply for 5–15 minutes.
After use, allow the unit to cool and empty any remaining water.
Clean and dry the unit thoroughly before storing.
