How to use
For Cold Therapy:
Place the gel pack in the freezer for at least 2 hours before use.
Insert into the protective cover or wrap in a cloth.
Apply to the affected area for up to 20 minutes.
For Hot Therapy:
Heat in the microwave for 30 seconds (adjust time based on microwave power).
Check temperature before applying — it should feel warm, not hot.
Apply to the target area for 10–15 minutes.
