How to use
Ensure skin is clean, dry, and free from oils or lotions.
Peel off backing (adhesive) or dampen slightly (non-adhesive), then center over the nipple.
Press firmly around edges to secure.
To remove, peel gently from the edge; rinse with warm water.
Wash with mild soap, air dry, and reapply backing or store in a clean case until next use.
