How to use
Choose the right side: coarse side (100‑grit) to reshape nails, finer side (180‑grit) to smooth.
File in one direction from edge to center—avoid sawing motion to prevent splitting.
Refine shape gradually, checking both nails often for balance.
Smooth edges with finer side for a finished look.
Replace after wear—when grit is smooth, and boards are less effective .
Ingredients
Core board: Compressed foam or cardboard
Abrasive surfaces: Coarse and fine grit sandpaper—usually aluminum oxide or similar

Warning / Cautions
File only dry nails; moistened nails are prone to breakage.
One-direction filing prevents micro-tears—don’t use back-and‑forth strokes.
Replace boards every 2–3 months or when grit wears out .
Dispose of used boards—single user only for hygiene.
