How to use
Rinse with approximately 10 ml of undiluted mouthwash for 60 seconds.
Use twice daily, preferably after meals or dental cleaning.

For best results, avoid consuming food or drinks for at least 30 minutes after rinsing.
Recommended duration of use: up to 2β3 weeks, or as directed by your dentist.
