Remember to rinse the brush with warm water before and after each use. dentists recommend replacing every three months for hygiene reasons.
How to use
1. Wet the toothbrush with water. 2. Apply toothpaste to the bristles. 3. Gently brush all surfaces of the teeth and gums in a circular motion. 4. Brush the tongue and roof of the mouth to remove bacteria. 5. Rinse the toothbrush thoroughly after use. 6. Replace the toothbrush every three months or sooner if the bristles become frayed.
